Orders leave our workshop within 1–2 business days.

Standard, anywhere in the world	$4.75 — free on orders over $60
US Express	$15.00

US delivery is typically 1–6 business days by FedEx. International orders usually take 10 or more business days. Any customs or import duties are set by your country and are not included in the price.

Tracking

You will get a tracking link by email as soon as the label is scanned. If it has not moved in 48 hours, message us and we will chase it.

Returns

Every order is covered by our 28-day guarantee: if your skin does not get on with it, tell us within 28 days of delivery and we will refund the product cost — opened jars included.

For anything damaged in transit, send us a photo of the parcel and we will replace it, no return needed.

Changes and cancellations

If your order has not shipped yet we can almost always change or cancel it. Message us as soon as you can.
